What is the normal fasting and P.P. sugar level? What are the symptoms of Diabetics?
My Fasting sugar is 139 and PP sugar is 197. Am I Diabetic? If yes, how severe it is? What I should do to reduce the sugar level? My toes and lower foot has a burning sensation and it pains too. Is it because diabetics?
Fasting blood sugar level is 80 to 120 and post lunch sugar level is between 120-160. These are normal levels.Nothing to worry. it is curable 100%.
Signs & Symptoms of Diabetes:
Severe pain in calf muscles [below the knee jonts], extreme thirst, extreme hunger, realing sensation,excessive urination, unhealed wounds/injuries, sore gums, sudden loss of weight/stamina, blurred vision,etc.,. Tensions have cumulative effect on symptoms.

How to activate Pancreas :
(A) ACUPRESSURE TECHNIQUES:
With ur thumb, press ur/his/her palms and soles, wrists and ankles on both sides. Suppose pain is felt while press9ng a particular point in the palm/sole, u have to press the surrounding area—just like u r pumping out air from that painful point. The blocked energy in any internal organ, be it lungs, heart, stomach, kidneys, pancreas, liver, etc., shall be released along with toxins if any. As a last point u must press middle part of each palm/sole; so that toxins, if any, shall be excreted/purged through urine without affecting the kidneys.
It should be done in an empty stomach or after 2 hours after meals. With this, all the endocrine glands and their hormonal secretions shall be regulated. All internal organs shall function up to optimal levels.
Give acupressure treatment-pressing intermittently not only on point no. 25 of the Pancreas but also on the points of all the endocrine glands.
(B) Drink 2 glasses of gold/silver/copper/ iron charged water reduced from 4 glasses of water everyday.
How to reduce excess heat and reactivate proper production of insulin :
(A) As the first thing in the morning, drink 1 cup (2 ounces) of fresh juice of green coriander leaves. Avoid any food/drink for the next 15/20 minutes.
(A)OR in case green coriander leaves are not available take 2 lady's fingers (tffst) cut them in half and soak them in a cup of water. Keep it overnight, squeeze them in the morning-strain this water and drink. The sticky water covers the inside wall of the stomach and prevents sugar being sucked from the stomach. And thus helps in curing Diabetes.
(C) During the day, drink 2 to 3 cups of green juice adding in each cup 1 teaspoon of mixture of 300 grams of Amla powder (a fruit grown in India having 16 times more vitamin 'C' than 16 lemons) +100 grams of dry ginger powder.
[D] cut raw vegetables + lime juice or curds without butter + black salt, will be fine.
u can include in Ur diet for breakfast.
The net effect of all these treatments will be that just within 10/12 days, Diabetes will be arrested. Now go on reducing the intake of tablets, pills of insulin injections in such a way as to stop all the other medication within 10 days.
Continue the treatment for 35 to 40 days and Diabetes will be cured permanently unless contracted again by reckless diet and improper life style.
