throat blocked with phlegm?
hi, for the past few months i have been bringing up white clear mucus phlegm, choking and hocking to bring it up then having to spit, it drives me mad and also my girlfriend. really beginning to stress me out. i dont smoke. i dont cough either, it just feels as if its sitting in the back of my throat. .24 year old male. anyone have any ideas what this is?
