My normal day consists of:
Up & Go for breakfast
1 or 2 Mandarines around 10-11
A ham and cheese sandwich or leftovers from the night before for lunch
Dinner - whatever my mum cooks...spaghetti, chops, casseroles

after lunch sometimes i might have a packet of chips, or a chocolate...

i drink about 1 litre and a half of water
2-5 cups of tea
1-2 cups of orange juice

is that enough?

i also take metamucil (fibre supplement)

my problem is is that i feel bloated, am not going to the toilet enough (number 2)

im 18, 5'11"
and do 10 minutes of skipping every day..

so do i eat enough? because my dad said no, but he eats like 6 weetbix for breakfast and 3 sandwiches for lunch which isnt much to go off
