buying a mortar/pestle or spice grinder in Austin?
Hi guys
I recently bought some whole coriander seed, but have no grinder for these spices. Is there a place in Austin (or online) to buy a good mortar/pestle?
Alternatively, could you recommend a good spice grinding tool? Thanks!
You can use a coffee grinder to grind spice but then you can only use it for spices and not coffee. I bought my mortar and pestle at an Asian grocery store and every Asian grocery store I have been to has them. Look in the phone book or online there should be an Asian grocery somewhere in Austin.
If you order on online shipping might be a lot because they are really heavy.
