I made a spinach artichoke dip but put too much sea salt. What can I add to minimize the salty taste?
You can add more spinach, artichokes, mozzarella or cheddar cheese or your cream binder to soak up that salt (binder meaning cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, creme fraiche or whatever you are using) these items will soak up the Sea Salt very well. You could also add some bread crumbs into your mixture, although this might make it a bit dry, but you could always balance that out with more cream and seasonings (not salt though, hahaha) No worries, you have many options here and it will be fine.
